Well, I made this really cute Christmas card like a month ago, but never got it printed! I decided to put it up so it wasn't a complete waste of time.Ever since we've been married, I've always sent out a Christmas card with a little letter about our family's happenings for the year. Thank goodness for blogs that let me send it out even though I waited for the last minute! Here it goes...
This has been a very eventful year. It started with the anticipation of the first addition to our family. Our little lucky charm, Madisyn Marie was born March 17th (St Patricks Day). 5 days later we moved out of David's parents house to pursue getting David's BA. We are currently living a few blocks from the college and we're loving it!
~David: is waiting impatiently for the local ski resort to open up so he can start is job as a member of the Ski Patrol. Things are looking up, since we're getting our fair share of snow and the average temperature is 8 degrees! David is doing very well in school and is hoping to graduate in June 09. After that we will be off to a law school somewhere so David can get his JD-MBA (that's a business/law degree). He is the 12-14 year old sunday school teacher in our ward at church. He's about to get 15 more kids and is feeling a little overwhelmed, but he is a great teacher for that class. They all love him. David can't wait to come home to see his girls. He is a wonderful dad and loves every minute he gets with his little princess. Madisyn can't get enough of her daddy :)
~Chelsi: is enjoying her new found love for photography and plays with her new camera every chance she can get. She loves updating her blog and staying in touch with friends and family through the web. She is currently a primary teacher at her church. The girls she teaches love Madisyn so much that they take care of her every need so Chelsi can teach her lesson. It works out perfectly! Her greatest joy comes from being a wife and a mother. She just can't get enough of her little Madi.
~Madisyn:Last but most certainly not least, is our little princess. She simply a joy. She loves to smile and wave at everyone she sees. She's quite the good crawler and is working on her ability to walk (it'll happen in no time). She loves to learn and observe the goings on around her. All she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth. She gets into everything and when confronted she squeals and smiles her way out of anything and into our hearts.
