So, I'm starting with today.
Madi had her first dentist appointment today and she was so brave!
She is now more pumped than ever to take good care of her teeth :)
It is 65 degrees and sunny, yet I have this waiting for me as soon as I finish this post. Oh and there's one more load in the dryer.
*keep an eye out. i have madi's 2nd bday, a cali trip, a doctors appointment, and an engagement shoot to post about. there's probably something else i'm missing too.

How did you get Maddi into brushing her teeth? Lucy will sort of do it herself, but if we get anywhere near her mouth she clamps it shut and throws a tantrum!
we bought her a "special" toothbrush when she first started getting teeth. we didn't really use it for brushing but she liked to chew on it and walk around with it. once she had more teeth, david just started sitting her on the counter, facing the mirror. she would lean her head back and david would say" show me your teeth" and she would just open wide and let him brush. she wouldn't let me do it for the longest time, but she'll tolerate me now. it's her daddy bonding at night thing i guess. whenever she wants her toothbrush during the day though, i just give it to her and let her brush or chew on it. it's princess and she's pretty attached to it now.
it wasn't really hard to get her to brush. i guess you just have to find some way to make it "fun" or special. let me know how it goes!
